This Cancellations and Refund Policy explains our policies regarding subscription cancellations and refunds for FootieVerse premium plans. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any subscription.

1. No Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a subscription to FootieVerse, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Subscriptions cannot be cancelled once the payment is processed
• You will have access to premium features for the entire duration of the purchased billing period
• Automatic renewals can be disabled to prevent future charges, but the current subscription period will remain active until its expiration date
• No refunds will be provided for partial usage of a subscription period

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for subscription purchases under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Partial use of subscription period
• Non-use of premium features during the subscription period
• Duplicate purchases (please verify your existing subscription before purchasing)
• Accidental purchases
• Dissatisfaction with premium features

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Available Plans

FootieVerse offers various subscription plans with different billing periods (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually). Each plan provides access to premium features for the specified duration.

3.2 Plan Selection

Please carefully review the features, pricing, and billing period before selecting and purchasing a plan. Ensure you understand what you are purchasing, as all sales are final.

3.3 Plan Changes

You cannot switch between subscription plans during an active billing period. If you wish to change plans, you must:

• Wait until your current subscription expires
• Disable automatic renewal for your current plan
• Purchase the desired plan after the current subscription ends

4. Automatic Renewal

4.1 How It Works

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you disable automatic renewal before the renewal date.

4.2 Disabling Automatic Renewal

To prevent future charges, you can disable automatic renewal through:

• For iOS users: Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → FootieVerse → Cancel Subscription
• For Android users: Go to Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → FootieVerse → Cancel Subscription
• Within the app: Navigate to Profile → Subscription Settings → Manage Subscription

Note: Disabling automatic renewal will prevent future charges, but your current subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

5. Payment Issues

5.1 Failed Payments

If a subscription renewal payment fails, you will lose access to premium features until the payment is successfully processed. No refunds will be provided for the period during which access was restricted due to payment failure.

5.2 Payment Disputes

• Your account email address
• Transaction ID or receipt
• Detailed description of the issue

We will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days. Resolution is at our sole discretion.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in the following rare circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If a significant technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing premium features for an extended period
• Billing Errors: If we confirm a billing error on our part (such as double charging)
• Service Discontinuation: If we discontinue the FootieVerse service entirely during your active subscription period

Any refund requests under exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of the issue occurring. All refund decisions are final and at our sole discretion.

7. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If FootieVerse offers a free trial period for new subscribers:

• You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription
• Once charged, the no-cancellation and no-refund policy applies
• You are responsible for tracking your trial period end date

8. Subscription Benefits

Your subscription provides uninterrupted access to premium features for the entire billing period, including:

• Advanced tournament management tools
• Detailed analytics and statistics
• Priority customer support
• Ad-free experience
• Exclusive features and early access to new features

These benefits remain available to you for the duration of your subscription, regardless of usage frequency.

9. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will lose access to premium features immediately, and no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellations and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify users of significant changes through:

• Email notification
• In-app notification
• Notice on our website

Continued use of FootieVerse after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
